Job Description

CRE (Customer Relationship Executive) cum Telecaller in real estate handles inbound and outbound phone calls, manages customer data, and sets up property site visits for the sales team.

Lead Generation: Call prospective clients from a provided database to introduce residential or commercial property projects.
Project Pitching: Explain property features, pricing, configurations, and ongoing offers clearly to interested buyers.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and fix site visits or face-to-face meetings between potential clients and sales representatives.
CRM Management: Update call outcomes, customer feedback, and lead statuses accurately in the company’s internal software or CRM database.
Customer Support: Answer incoming queries, resolve basic concerns, and maintain professional follow-ups with active prospects.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain daily logs of calls made, reports on converted leads, and basic office records
