About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Perform extensive research and analysis on customer personas and their pain points
2. Plan and execute content strategy in collaboration with design and marketing teams for marketing campaigns
3. Develop and enforce content guidelines for consistent tone, style, and write for marketing collaterals, emailers, and B2B campaigns
4. Strategize content from an end-user perspective and as per user journeys
5. Optimize content for the highest engagement and conversions
6. Review work with Viacom India's senior creative staff
