Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visual Design Creation:

Develop creative designs for a variety of marketing and branding materials including brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners, emailers, product packaging, posters, and ads.

Design high-quality visuals that are consistent with brand aesthetics, messaging, and tone of voice.

Create logos, icons, infographics, and illustrations as needed.
2. Digital Media and Web Assets:

Design digital creatives for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.

Create assets for web design including landing pages, UI components, sliders, popups, and email newsletters.

Ensure responsive and user-friendly designs optimized for different devices and platforms.
3. Campaign & Conceptual Design:

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm creative concepts for campaigns.

Take ownership of the entire creative process from ideation to final output.

Deliver compelling visuals that support sales promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and events.
4. Brand Consistency & Identity:
-
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, typography, color palettes, and visual tone.

Contribute to brand style guides and documentation for internal and external use.

Maintain consistency in visual language across different mediums and projects.
5. Presentation & Internal Design:
-
Design high-quality presentation decks, proposals, and internal reports using tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides.

Support HR and internal departments with visually engaging templates, certificates, or internal branding materials.
6. Coordination & Feedback:

Work closely with content writers, digital marketers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide design inputs.

Accept and incorporate feedback quickly while maintaining creativity and design integrity.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
