Job Description

Job Title: Credit and Loan Officer
Department: Credit and Loan
Location: Multiple locations across India
Job Purpose:
The Credit and Loan Officer will be responsible for managing loan and credit processing activities, including customer identification, credit verification, document collection, loan approval, and disbursement. They will work closely with various private sector banks and NBFCs to ensure smooth and timely processing of loans and credit facilities for Finwinzz's clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage loan and credit processing activities, including customer identification, credit verification, document collection, loan approval, and disbursement

Liaise with various private sector banks and NBFCs to ensure timely and efficient loan processing

Evaluate loan applications and assess creditworthiness of clients

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to loan and credit processing

Build and maintain relationships with clients, banks, and NBFCs to ensure smooth loan processing and client satisfaction provide regular updates and reports to management on loan and credit processing activities and performance monitor loan repayments and ensure timely collection of dues

Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping and documentation for loan and credit processing activities requirements:
Fresher or Minimum 6 months-1 years of experience in loan and credit processing, preferably in the banking or financial services sector

Educational Qualification required is 10th to 12th or related field knowledge of loan processing regulations and compliance requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team good analytical and problem-solving skills willingness to travel as required
