Job Description mandatory SN Required Information Details 1 Role Telecom CRM Architect 2 Required Technical Skill Set** OSS/BSS/Channels knowledge 3 No of Requirements** 1 4 Desired Experience Range** 15+ Yrs 5 Location of Requirement Pune Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** Telecom OSS/BSS/channels, Java based Open Source technology stack, 5+ years of exp. in solution architect/design role. Good-to-Have Certification in Frameworks, eTOM, Togaf, Containerization, Containerization Orchestration SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Manage activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation. Building and integrating information systems to meet the business requirements. 2 Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and recommend solutions to improve it. Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented. 3 Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets. Assessing the requirements & providing optimal effort estimates. 4 Resolving technical problems as they arise. Cross-team orchestration and collaboration between ADM and Operations. Provides analysis of security protection as necessary. Should Have Hands on Technical Expertise on Java based Open Source technology stack, Containerization, Containerization Orchestration etc. 5 Provides analysis of security protection as necessary. Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed. Ability to Performance Tuning of High Load Application, Thread, Heap Dump Analysis, Troubleshooting of Production issues based on data, logs, thread dumps etc 6 As CRM SA must have good understanding of CRM module such as Marketing,Sales and Service.Must have knowledge about B2B/B2C lead to cash journey,experience in designing order capture capabilities as part of customer sale journey.Knowledge of eligibility check,product configuration,pricing,payment,customer agreement.
