About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling outbound and inbound calls
2. Providing on-time support and communication to customers within TAT
3. Handling customer queries after delivery of orders & helping them with the status of their orders/returns
4. Monitoring customer complaints & managing customer retention & satisfaction
5. Understanding customer concerns & helping them to solve their query with satisfaction
6. Communicating with customers through various channels-mails, calls, social media, etc.
7. Ensuring seamless communication with the team to keep a high morale and low chances of mistakes
8. Managing returns of customers to win their loyalty with satisfaction
