Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in regulatory filings applicable to SEBI registered stock broking and depository, PMS, research, and AIF licenses
2. Review of NDAs, engagement letters, legal documents
3. Assist during regulatory audits and inspections
4. Assist the compliance and legal department in other tasks
