Job Description
Hiring for Customer care executive Qualification: Minimum HS.
- Fresher (male &female both can apply)
Duty hours- 9 hours (6am - 3pm), (3pm - 10pm)
Stipend-11500 RS/- (no PF,ESIC)
Rotational Duty & Roaster wise off.
Interview: Telephonic & Face to Face.
Job responsibilities-Prepare and participate in the preparation of sales budget of stores.• Maximize productivity targets (sales per sq.ft, ATV, Conversion etc.)• Control costs within budgetary guidelines. (Staff overtime, Shrinkage Etc.)• Conduct SWOT review to analyze the customer profile.• Review and analyze stock and sales reports monitoring over and under stocks, implementing corrective action to be taken.• Effective Feedback to Buyer and Merchandisers for Products and specific requirements.• Working closely with Area and Concept Manager for Business Development opportunities inside stores.
