Position: Customer Care & Digital Marketing Expert Job Type: Full Time
The job will require
- Handling Customer Care- Coordination between customer order and logistics- Digital marketing of product in social media- Design / develop digital flyers / simple animated videos for product promotion,- Market analysis (digital and physical) and identifying potential new customer
- Polite, smart and responsible interaction with the customer through phone and at desk.
- Customers follow up, obtain customer feedback, phone co-ordination for dispute resolution.
The remuneration will include fixed salary plus shared accommodation.
Requirements
- Must possess excellent customer interaction skills
- Fluency in English speaking is must- Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs- Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message- Ability to interact with Arabic speaking customers and in other languages like Hindi, Malayalam / Tamil etc.will be an added advantage.
