- Customer Care Associate 2018 to 2022 batch
- Respond to Customers by Calls, E-mail, WhatsApp, and other applicable communication channels.
- Follow-up on all Enquiries, Service Feedback Calls, Quotes.
- Follow-up with internal teams for Status and Escalations.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
