Job Description
Detailed responsibilities are,
- Calling new & Existing clients. Explain about Company services.
- Handle inbound calls, chats and emails and provide solutions for queries raised by customer
- Perform outbound calls for prospective clients. Cold calling for Business Development.
- Handle both outbound/inbound calls
- Prepare daily report
Desired Candidate Profile
- Preferably Graduate
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Should be fluent in the English language
- Should have a good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS word.
- High in Confidence and a team player.
