Description:
Join our dynamic Customer Support Team as a Customer Care Executive - Chat Process. You'll be handling customer queries through chat, ensuring
excellent service and timely resolutions.
Shift: Rotational (9-hour shifts)
Languages Required: English + any regional language (Tamil, Kannada,
Telugu, Malayalam)
Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (12th pass) with valid documents
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 (Based on experience and interview
performance)

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction via Chat:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat.

Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide information related to products, services, or company policies.

Assist customers with navigating websites or applications to troubleshoot problems or provide product information.

Issue Resolution:

Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex cases to higher management or technical teams.

Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while providing clear instructions and maintaining a positive experience.

Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and they are satisfied with the service provided.

Product and Service Knowledge:

Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services in order to provide accurate information to customers.
