We’re Hiring: Customer Care Executive - International Voice Process

Role: Customer Care Executive
Freshers with excellent communication skills OR
Minimum 6 months experience in outbound international voice process
Requirements:
Strong command over English
Experience in processes like survey, website sales, solar panels, gas & electricity, or any other international outbound voice process is preferred
Flexible with UK shifts
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:

Answer incoming calls from international customers in a professional and polite manner.

Make outbound calls (if required) for follow-ups, confirmation, or issue resolution.

Understand customer needs, listen actively, and provide effective solutions on the first call (First Call Resolution).
2. Issue Resolution:
-
Resolve customer complaints, account inquiries, product or service-related questions.

Troubleshoot problems and provide step-by-step guidance as per standard operating procedures.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department/team while keeping the customer informed.
3. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of every customer interaction in the CRM system.

Update case logs, issue categories, call outcomes, and follow-up actions as required.

Report recurring issues or feedback to supervisors for process improvement.
4. Service Quality & Compliance:
-
Adhere to company policies, call handling scripts, and service quality standards.

Maintain call handling metrics such as Average Handling Time (AHT), Call Quality Score, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).

Comply with data privacy regulations and confidentiality agreements.
5. Training and Development:
-
Participate in regular product/process training sessions and soft skill development workshops.

Stay updated with company offerings, changes in process, or product features.
