Job Description
And the Key Responsibilities are classified as below;
2. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure proper solution for each of the tickets with proper SLA’s
3. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications
4. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests
5. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
6. Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
7. Familiar with CRM systems and practices will be a plus
