Job Description
- Resolving all the sales related issues with customers & able to efficiently respond to the online or telephone queries in a professional and friendly manner.
- He will be required to produce reports on progress of the issues resolved.
- Coordinating with field sales team to ensure that the services provided to the clients are scheduled and sent out on time.
- Coordinating with the respective departments to get the issues resolved.
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents related to customers.
