• Excellent English written & verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and team player.Experience in International operations – Voice / Non Voice/ Chat, Email
  

Role Purpose:-

• Provide customer support via web chat serivces , and reslove all customer issues with exception customer service skills
  

Key Accountabilities:-

• Customer service measure via Net promoter score and C Sat, along with efficiencies i.e. handling time and quality
• Internal and External CSAT
• Customer Interaction
• needs to be a Team Player
• Suggest process improvements, etc.
