Profile Summary :-
>> Excellent Communication Skills,
>> Focus on Customer Centricity.
>> Candidate must be able to attend Customer's Queries and respond to them.
>> Candidate must be able to deliver the Quality Service to our Customers.
>> Candidate must be adaptable to rotational shifts, however FEMALE CANDIDATES WOULD HAVE ONLY DAY SHIFTS.
>> No Sales No Target.
> > Candidate must have basic knowledge about operating computer and mobile phones.
>> This is a Voice Process for Reliance Jio Network.
>> Languages required (English, Hindi) & (English, Gujarati)
Key Points :-
>> No night shifts for females.
>> Special morning batches of training for females.
>> Salary range is 175000 to 200000 per annum.
>> Salary would depend on candidate's Communication Skills as well as their Experience.
>> Pick or Drop Facility only in ODD Hours.
>> Better growth opportunities from career perspective.
>> 5 days working any 2 days week off
>> Rotational shift.
>> Overtime 3000 per month.
