Key Responsibilities Areas:
- Responsible for receiving, considering and responding to all customer inquiries/query through email / call.
- Handling customer concerns and customer Satisfaction index rating.
- Handling and solving client complaints.

- Candidate should possess good communication skill both verbal and written.
