- Looking for Graduate Candidates for Corporate travel company in Gurgaon Profile: Customer Care Executive
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of calling experience, inbound customer service.
- Answering incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call.
- Maintaining record of Customer’s information.
- Maintain Quality Standards.
- Should have proactive approach and can think out of the box to help customers.
- Handling Emails, if required.
- Making outbound calls for failed transaction or sales conversion.
- Minimum 6 months of calling experience, inbound customer service.
- Graduate in any stream.
- Basic Travel knowledge (City Codes, Airport Codes, Airline codes)
- Good Communication (Verbal & Written both) Skills.
- Computer literate.
