Job Description
- Designation:- Tele Sales Executive.

- Job Location:-Gurgaon.
- We are hiring in multiple profiles (Customer Service/Sales Representative/Team Lead and Manager level) for Domestic Campaigns across Delhi NCR.
- Members of this team would enjoy being part of the fast growing business segment, a growth-oriented career path, an upbeat culture and a positive work environment..
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Hindi/English.
- Candidate must have good knowledge of Customer Service, Sales, Lead, Appointment fixing.
- Able to understand customers requirements.
- Should be able to work and co-ordinate in a Team.Prior BPO/Calling/Sales experience will be added on advantage.
- Make Effective Sales Pitch to the Customer.
- Fixed general shift timing.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should have worked in Inbound, Outbound, Customer service or Voice Process.
- Sound knowledge of MS-office.10+2, Diploma, BA, B.Sc. or any equivalent bachelor degree.
- 1-6 years in Customer Support/Services and Sales.
- Freshers can also apply with good communication skills.
