Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Benefits and Eligibility Verification
- Obtain dates of coverage, copay and deductible amounts accumulated year-to-date.
- Denial management
- AR Calling / Follow-up
- Willing to work in Night Shifts
Education and Experience:
- Any Graduate (10 2 3)
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures and diagnosis (Preferred if not training will be provided)
- Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications (Preferred if not training will be provided)
- Working knowledge of healthcare insurance (Preferred if not training will be provided)
