- Job Title : Customer Care Executive/Sr. CCE ( Part Time/Full Time ), Both Freshers and Experience can apply ( FRESHERS ARE MOST WELCOME!!! ). Immediate Joiners Preferred.
- Job Type :- Full Time/ Part Time.
- Industry :- BPO (International).
- Qualification :- Minimum 10th pass.
- Age :- 18 to 34 years.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Desire to Learn and Perform.
- Making Calls.
- Solving Customer Queries.
- Pitching Customers,Cross/Up selling.
- Providing Customers with the best and most compatible plans and packages available.
- Fixed Week-offs.
- Fixed Shift Timings.
- Thorough Training is provided.
- Employee friendly and good working environment.
- Morning - 7 a.m to 12:30 p.m (6k to 8k - per month)+incentives.
- Evening - 5 p.m to 9:30 p.m (6k to 8k - per month)+incentives.
- Night - 9:30 p.m to 7 a.m (9k to 12k - per month)+incentives.
- Note:- Salary is negotiable for experience candidates.
