Job Description
We have an urgent opening for the post of “Sr Customer Service Executive” with the Leading KPO in Mumbai.
- Location – Vashi
- Salary - 4.5 Lacs pa.
- Experience – Min 1 yr
- Shift –Night Shift (5 Days Working , Saturday Sunday Fixed Off)
- Manage time effectively between phone calls, emails, and issue resolution.
- Develop expertise in our products and services.
- Stay current on product enhancements as they are released in our software.
- Proactively educate customers on beneficial software features
- Respond to queries via email (to support desktop and web based products)
- Answer customer calls in a professional / pleasant manner including troubleshooting or providing live help to the customer
- Research required information using available resources
- Communicates feedback from customers to the relevant team, with relevant details
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant team
- Route calls / emails to appropriate resource, only when necessary
- Follow up on calls or emails as assured to customers
- Maintain working & updated knowledge of the features, benefits, and functionality of client products
- Basic knowledge of financial markets (Preferably Stocks / Funds / Bonds / ETFs etc.)
- Well spoken English with neutral accent & written English communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong focus on quality
- Efficiently and Effectively respond to change
- Desire to improve the client experience
- Ability to work in a team and within committed timescales or deadlines
- Proactive approach
- Good troubleshooting skills for user based desktop or web software
- Numerical thought process and strong analytical skills
- Proficient in using PC software
