Job Description
- Urgent Opening for Customer Care Executive
- Salary -Upto -20,000 / Month + (Unlimited Incentives)
- Location -Complete Mumbai Fixed Sunday Off Free (Both side Cab) + Meal
- Responsible for taking Inbound calls from Customers for Selling of Online Technical Support Subscription for Window based Computers/laptops
- To Help clients who have issues with their computer and peripherals.
- Troubleshooting issues related to BSD, networking , email accounts, antivirus Up sell different unlimited tech support plans (AMC)
- Excellent Communication Skill Freshers & Experience in Technical Sales Process (International BPO)
- Age Limit - 18 Yrs to 29 Yrs.
- Education - Undergraduate / Graduate - Any Stream/Post Graduate Add-On Both sides cabs Good salary Package.
