Job Description
Experience in logistics or E-Commerce industry will be an added advantage.
The employee role will include solving customer complaints and queries over whatsapp, email and phone and satisfying the customers.
We are an extremely customer centric firm, and the team member should have prior experience in customer support.
Fluency in English and Hindi, and knowledge of using Microsoft Excel to make reports is a must.
