Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Desired Skill Set:
- Connecting the Clients through calls, and emails, also take on follow-up roles as and when required.
- Generating leads for Relationship Managers /Advisors
- Assessing prospects, converting the dormant clients into active by convincing them
- Maintaining and submission of periodic MIS as per the requirement.
- Complete query resolution in the stipulated time frame.
Desired Skill Set:
- Fluency in the English language. ( Spoken and Written )
- Ability to inspire trust and confidence in clients.
- Good oral and written communication skills with clarity of thought, speech and expression.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good Analytical Skills
- Positive attitude, socially effective, high level of perseverance, and patience.
- Assertive & hardworking
- Result oriented
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Reasonably good at MS- Office, specifically MS Excel
