Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Support

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats to assist customers effectively.

Listen carefully to customer queries and provide accurate and timely solutions.

Respond politely and professionally to complaints, feedback, and requests.

Guide customers through company products, services, and policies.
2. Issue Resolution & Complaint Handling

Understand customer problems and provide step-by-step assistance.

Escalate complex issues to supervisors or the relevant departments when necessary.

Ensure that customer complaints are resolved within specified timelines.

Maintain empathy and patience when dealing with difficult customers.
3. Order Processing & Service Support

Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Track and update customers regarding delivery status or service schedules.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure complete customer satisfaction from pre-sales to post-sales support.
4. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain proper records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.

Update customer databases with accurate information.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer feedback and issue trends.

Share insights with management to improve products and services.
5. Cross-Selling & Upselling

Promote relevant company products or services during customer interactions.

Identify opportunities to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

Support the sales team in achieving monthly revenue targets.
