  • International Voice Process.
  • Experience (6 months - 3yrs). 
Key Responsibility Areas:
  • In this role you will be required to resolve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
  • Candidate's expected interactions are within candidate team and direct supervisor.
  • Candidate will be provided detailed to a moderate level of instruction on daily work task and detailed instruction on new assignments and the decisions that you make that would impact candidate work.
  • Candidate will be required to be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day to day business and make use of the same while discussing with stakeholders.
  • Candidate will be required to help with overall team's workload by managing candidate deliverables and help the team when required.
  • Candidate will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined focused scope of work.
Job Requirement:
  • Minimum 6 months to 3yr experience into international voice process/blended- BPO experience (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in English with strong grasping power.
  • Education : HSC or graduation mandatory (with international voice process/blended)
  • Salary - Upto 6 LPA
  • Shift time : Working in night shift (US Shift).
  • Working days: Rotational work week, rotational 1-2 weekly off (depending on work-load)
