Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities:-

-Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture-Set clear team goals-Delegate tasks and set deadlines

-Oversee day-to-day operation-Monitor team performance and report on metrics
