Job Description
- Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their travel-related queries
- Providing information regarding trains ticket booking and promotions
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and rapport with customers
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Shall be flexible for night shift (10 pm- 8 am)
