Roles and Responsibilities
- Taking Incoming calls from customers and capturing important details in the system.
- Understand the customer's query and provide a resolution.
- Document accurately.
- Doing Outbound calls to customers and attending to their queries and helping them take consultations with doctors.

- Good verbal and written Communication Skills (Marathi, Hindi, Basic English & No MTI Issue)
- Good in customer dealing (Know about Customer Service, Online Shopping Portals)
- Knowledge of Computer, Basic Typing
- Good Interpersonal Skills (Positive attitude, Negotiation Skills)
- Sales driven (Know basic selling skills on call)
- Listening skills.
- Awareness about digital payment platforms.
