Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Learn details about our product and service offerings
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
- Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services in order to provide adequate education to customers
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
- Address any questions or issues customers may have and provide information to resolve any issues
- Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve our retention rate
- Provide information and instructions about relevant products and services

Required Experience and Qualifications
Need candidates with excellent communication skills having rich experience in Customer Service / Sales / Customer Handling experience.
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role preferred
- Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing is preferable.
1. Shift Timings : 10 Am - 7 PM
2. Working Days : 5
3. Fixed Off / Rotational Off - Fixed
4. Cab Facility : No cab facility.
5. Package : Upto 20k in hand for Experienced. 13 k fresher.
Experience:
- Cold Calling: 1 year (Preferred)
- work: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Salary: ₹12,000.00 to ₹22,000.00 /month
