Job Description
1. Manage and resolve a variety of customer requests
2. Respond to email tickets, online chat, or phone calls to help resolve customer issues
3. Educate customers about product features and assist in troubleshooting the issues related to it
4. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and provide feedback and inputs to relevant stakeholders
5. Analyze data and present trends to internal stakeholders
6. Work on calling customers for resolution and close looping of email and chat

1. Must have strong written and oral communication skills
2. Must have the ability to understand customers issues and points of view and answer his queries accordingly
3. Must be a graduate with excellent fluency in English and Hindi
4. Must have knowledge of customer support tools (MS Office)
