Urgent Requirement for Customer care in reputed Healthcare organization
Position : Customer care
Location : Hyderabad
Experience : 6 months to 1yr
Gender : Female or Male
Industry : Healthcare
Languages : Bengali,English ,Hindi

Role Requirements:

* Candidates should be fluent in Bangla/Bengali communication
* Need to attend inbound/outbound calls and speak with customers professionally
* Working hours: 8 Hours Shift
* Proper training will be provided on the process and procedures
* Candidate should be able to handle and manage customer queries effectively
* Main responsibility is to provide consultation support and schedule appointments
* Team size: 6 Members
