Qualification: 10th, +2, Graduates and Under Graduates.
Keyskills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job description:
- CSA will be expected to handle inbound calls in a friendly and polite manner and provide assistance to the customer on call and resolve their queries.
- Answers incoming customer calls with a friendly and positive manner and provides outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the call
- Responds to incoming calls from the customers to solve queries and provide alternative options, also change any account information upon customer’s request.
- Work Location: Whitefield/Bellandur
- 5 days working, 2 days off
- Salary: 15,000/- to 23,000/- per month
