Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle Customer enquiries and answer them through email and phone calls.
- You Have to be responsible for targets.
- Take ownership of the customer queries and proactively following through to resolution.
Required skills:
- Extremely interested in taking calls
- Good convincing skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge in word, excel, PowerPoint must be required
- Languages Known: Telugu, Hindi, and English
- Experience Required: 0-2 years
