About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Answer inbound calls and callback unattended/missed calls or call attempts
2. Respond to customer queries through email/WhatsApp/social media
3. Emphasize customer satisfaction/delight
4. Document customer interactions according to standard operating procedures
5. Follow up customer calls where necessary
6. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
7. Deal with customer query issues and churn out an easy-to-follow solution
8. Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
9. Take the extra mile to engage customers
10. Establish a positive rapport with customers
