Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Delight Officer to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with homebuyers, investors, and tenants. This role involves proactive engagement, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their property purchase journey.

Post-Sales Support: Assist customers with documentation, agreements, payment schedules, and legal formalities.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.

Handover & Possession Coordination: Guide customers through the property possession process, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Feedback & Improvement: Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve service delivery.

Event & Loyalty Programs: Organize customer appreciation events, site visits, and referral programs.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, legal, and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Records & CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer data and interactions in the CRM system.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

0-3 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or client handling (preferably in real estate).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Strong understanding of the real estate buying process, agreements, and customer expectations.

Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software.
