Designation: Customer Delight Officer
LOCATION: CHENNAI
EXPERIENCE: FRESHER TO 1 YEAR.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Responsible for servicing customers over the phone on various products and services offered by the Bank
2 Maintaining good service levels and cross-sell bank products via call
3 Handling 80-100 calls on a daily basis
4 Adhering to timelines and maintaining discipline on the floor
5. Excellent communication skills in English and any south Indian language.

Pay Scale: Rs.12000-18000
