Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and communicative individual to join our team as a Customer Information and Data Collection Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for sharing details about our advertisements with customers and gathering relevant information from them in return. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Explain and share information about company advertisements to customers clearly and effectively
Collect accurate data and feedback from customers through calls, visits, or digital platforms
Maintain and update records of customer interactions and collected data
Ensure a positive and professional experience for every customer
Report collected data to the team supervisor or manager regularly
Follow up with customers when necessary for additional information or clarification

Work Hours: 9 hours per day (including breaks)

Skills Required:

Good verbal communication and listening skills
Basic computer knowledge for data entry
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Friendly, confident, and polite in customer interactions
