Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Intimacy Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with clients in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry, understanding their training and knowledge needs, and ensuring seamless execution of conferences and technical sessions. This role involves client engagement, onsite coordination, and end-to-end logistical support for high-impact industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Interact with senior professionals in the pharmaceutical industry to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Follow up with clients regularly to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Event Coordination & Logistics:
- Coordinate logistics for conferences, workshops, and technical training sessions.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead on-site coordination during events, managing setup, registration, and overall flow.
- Communication & Reporting:
- Communicate event details clearly and professionally to internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare schedules, briefing documents, and post-event reports.
- Support content and material preparation for sessions.
- Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with the marketing, training, and operations teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Assist in gathering client feedback and contribute to improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in pharma, events, training, or life sciences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines under pressure.
- Willingness to travel for on-site event coordination.
- A background in life sciences or pharma is a plus.
