Job Description
We have an urgent requirement with our company for the profile of Customer Relations Executive.
- Location: Mumbai
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Client Handling and Customer Service.
- Handling the customer query/ grievances.
- Developing a relationship with premium clients, thus enhancing the business.
- Understanding the customer query and accordingly look forward for its resolution.
- Allocation of onsite calls to the engineers.
- Revert to the clients (Happy Calling), thus confirming the service.
- Should deal with the team and management and come up with ways to better the service.
- Focusing on the C-SAT & identifying the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on the same.
- Need to maintain certain reports such as Happy Calling Report and Apple Report.
- Good Personality with Excellent Communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Must be a Graduate.
