About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Relations Executive to join our team at Flip Sports Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong sports administration experience and excellent communication skills to manage relationships with parents and students.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for parents and students.

Maintain regular communication through email and WhatsApp.

Manage class bookings and handle lead conversions.
-
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and be responsible for client retention.

Support sports administration tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management or Hospitality (preferred).

Proven experience in sports administration or customer service.
-
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
-
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: INR 50,000 per month
