Position: Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:
-
Engage with walk-in customers at SBI branch offices.
-
Present, explain, and promote SBI General Health Insurance products.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
-
Identify potential business opportunities and follow up on leads.
-
Deliver product demonstrations and basic training to customers.
-
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
-
Work closely with internal teams to drive business growth.
-
Occasionally visit client locations for providing product information or closing deals.
Note: This is an in-branch role and not a field sales position. However, occasional client visits may be required.
Eligibility Criteria:
-
Age: 18 to 27 years
-
Education:
-
Graduate (Any stream – Tech/Non-Tech)
-
3-year Diploma holders and B.Voc graduates are also eligible
-
Note: LLB, CA, B.Ed, Doctors, and Integrated Course holders are not eligible

Experience:
-
Fresh graduates are welcome
-
Graduates with less than 1 year of experience and no previous PF record can apply

Other Requirements:
-
Strong communication skills
-
Apprentices currently under contract with other companies are not eligible

Open to both male and female candidates
-
6-day work week with 1 rotational day off
