Job Description
We are hiring for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to expand our team. Fresher or Experienced candidates with commerce background and strong communication abilities should apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Building and maintaining good relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest services via chat or email to the team
- Gather status information from various departmental teams and quickly convey them to clients.
- Verify and gather the appropriate documentation from clients in accordance with the company's criteria.
- Maintaining professional contact through Chat/E-mail while representing the firm is important
Requirements:
- UG in Commerce Background required
- Understanding of Company Legal Documents
- Fluency in English & Malayalam required.
- Immediate joining preferred.
- Candidates from Ernakulam location preferred.
