Job Description
Desired qualification:
- Recent graduate with good communication & interfacing skills with a keen eye for details.
- IT Literacy is a must (MS Office skills – Powerpoint, MS Word, MS Excel). Ask yourselves – are you someone who can engage the customer in a conversation, make a presentation to an audience of 100 people and dig-up a research content about something you have never heard before in less than 30 minutes? If yes, then you should apply.
- Customer Satisfaction and Managing Complaints
- To respond to input from customer (complaints, praise and concerns)
- Take ownership and proactively follow through the resolution in case of complaints/cover
- Providing help and advice to students and parents using company products & services
- Handling inbound inquiries on phone/email/chat
- Ability to research, create and curate high quality content in education, careers related areas
- Using internal tools to regularly share information with students & parents
- Identify and escalate recurring problems with systems functionalities
- Report and help in identifying gaps on basis of customer interactions
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with students
- Present daily/stats and analysis
