My Mudra Fincorp Ltd. Opening for Customer Relationship Manager for All District/City of Odisha.
Designation – Customer Relationship Manager (Female)
Qualification – Any Graduate.
Location - All District/City of Odisha
Experience – Experience in Field Banking, Loan Sales , Insurance or finance will be an added advantage.
Age – 21 to 29 yrs(Female Only)
Reporting to – BDM
Salary- Rs.12200- Rs. 18400 + Incentives and Bonus
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Client Relationship Management
✅ Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
✅ Understand clients’ financial goals and recommend suitable products (loans, insurance, mutual funds, etc.).
✅ Provide excellent after-sales service to enhance customer loyalty.
✅ Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally.
2️⃣ Sales & Business Development
✅ Cross-sell and upsell banking, loan, and insurance products based on customer needs.
✅ Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
✅ Meet and exceed sales targets for financial products.
✅ Conduct financial needs assessments and offer tailored solutions.
3️⃣ Product Knowledge & Compliance
✅ Stay updated with banking & financial regulations, market trends, and competitors’ products.
✅ Educate customers about the features, benefits, and risks of financial products.
✅ Ensure adherence to banking and financial compliance guidelines.
4️⃣ Customer Retention & Engagement
✅ Develop and implement customer engagement programs.
✅ Organize financial literacy sessions and awareness programs.
✅ Follow up with clients for renewals, repayments, and policy updates.
