Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. The CRM will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining contact with key clients, resolving issues, coordinating internally for smooth service delivery, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a passion for delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients or customers.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.

Regularly communicate with clients through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
2. Customer Support & Issue Resolution

Address customer inquiries, complaints, or service requests promptly and professionally.

Follow up on unresolved issues and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.

Keep the customer informed about the status of their query or concern until it is fully resolved.
3. Onboarding & Client Coordination

Guide new customers through onboarding or product/service implementation steps.

Help customers understand how to use services, policies, or documentation (especially in real estate, finance, or SaaS-based businesses).

Act as a liaison between clients and departments like sales, technical support, accounts, or operations.
4. Customer Retention & Engagement

Monitor client satisfaction through feedback calls, surveys, or review requests.

Develop engagement strategies to reduce churn and encourage repeat business.

Offer personalized solutions or promotional offers to high-value clients.
5. Upselling & Cross-Selling

Understand customer needs and suggest relevant additional products or services.

Work closely with the sales team to generate more revenue from existing accounts.

Track renewal dates, subscription cycles, or follow-up opportunities.
6. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain complete and accurate customer records using CRM tools, Excel, or ERP platforms.

Generate weekly/monthly reports on client engagement, complaints, resolution time, etc.

Track and report customer feedback, service issues, and suggestions to management.
Essential Skills:

Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is an advantage

Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
