Job Description:
- Attending customer queries over the phone and providing solutions.
- Resolving matters in the best interest of both the customer and the company.
- Previous experience in Customer service profile will be an advantage.
- Working Days: 6 Days working, Rotational Week Off
- Knowledge & Skills: Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Shifts: Rotational: 7am-4pm/8am-5pm/9am-6pm/10am-7pm/11am-8pm
- Compensation Range: 9.5CTC to 15CTC
- Working Hours: 9 hours shift including break of 1 hour.
- Facility: IJP Facility and Yearly appraisals.
