Job Description:

  • Attending customer queries over the phone and providing solutions.
  • Resolving matters in the best interest of both the customer and the company.
  • Previous experience in Customer service profile will be an advantage.
  • Working Days: 6 Days working, Rotational Week Off
  • Knowledge & Skills: Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Shifts: Rotational:  7am-4pm/8am-5pm/9am-6pm/10am-7pm/11am-8pm
  • Compensation Range: 9.5CTC to 15CTC
  • Working Hours: 9 hours shift including break of 1 hour.
  • Facility: IJP Facility and Yearly appraisals.
