  • Good/ Excellent Communication Skills.

  • Answer Inbound calls of Customers. 
  • No sales/ No target. 
  • The candidate should be polite. 
  • Shift: 9 hrs working shift.
  • 4 weekly off in a month.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
